Hi, I am Kathy Gardiner

I am also known as The Naked Gardiner.

Life takes us through many evolutions, for me it has been my transition from stressed out corporate-overachiever facing terminally diagnosed Advanced Metastatic Melanoma… to practicing mindfulness, clean eating and living, and navigating a path of self-love, truth, positivity and inner healing, while advocating for patients in Australia.

What I have discovered on this difficult journey through my health is that life grants you a truly unbelievable gift, if you choose to see it, and for me it has been to find what lights me up. My joy!

For me, my joy is creating! It’s about nourishing my body with beautiful foods, expressing myself in my creative outlets through words, art, illustration and sustainable fashion, design and vintage.

I hope to open the world’s eyes and hearts to living a positive; joy fulfilled and nourished life by sharing my mantra to… Love.  Accept. Believe. Nourish. Live.

Anything is possible if you choose to believe in yourself. Be true to yourself. This is the journey I take you on! This is my naked life, AND Today I choose JOY!
