Melanoma Patients Australia and Cancer Council Queensland will be hosting the 2015 Brisbane Melanoma Forum at the Brisbane Convention Centre on Saturday 31st October from 12.15 pm until 4 pm. This is a free event available for the public to attend.
This Public Forum follows the 2nd Global Advances and Controversies in Skin Cancer Conference being held at the Brisbane Convention Centre from the 29th to the 31st October. This will be a very informative and relevant Forum covering many aspects of current melanoma treatments, genetics and epidemiology as well as relevant psychosocial issues confronting those given a melanoma diagnosis.
I am extremely grateful and honoured to be invited as a guest on the panel to speak on my melanoma journey to date. Joining me are an incredible team of expert panelists speakers, including my own oncologist and surgeon who will provide updates regarding the latest in research and treatment along with insights about survivorship.
A Q&A session will follow.
