What forms of gratitude are you taking today? In today’s Thankful Thursday I am thankful for… The opportunities where I can connect with my mind and body! Being able to move my body is a huge thing for me as it should be for everyone but it’s also a blessing. A blessing because I am so very lucky that I can pull myself out of bed each day and have the energy to do so and choose to move it further in my preferred ways! By connecting the opportunities of body movement with mind associated activities like meditation, yoga and qi gong I am able to find a sense of calm, clarity and rejuvenation to my day! For me it’s the ultimate win win! So as I get ready to go to my Qi Gong class tell me, what ways do you like to connect mind and body?
